Items in a delivery and billing documents

Hi,

If delivery document has several items, do items have to belong to the same distribution channel or they can differ from each other in the document?

Almost the same question above;

If billing have several items, do all items have to belong to the same distribution channel?

Hello Hk,

In the billing document also its same as delivery.

But in case of consolidation invoicing we can have items belonging to different distibution channels.

So are you saying items's distribution channels can differ in both delivery and billing?

Hi HK,

If you are referencing delivery from order then, items have to have same distribution channel. I'm doubtful about if we are using LO (delivery without reference) but items from different DC may lead to delivery splits.

Logically, we can have items from different DC in billing document. Guys, correct me if I'm wrong any where
