birth date and start date

Hi Archana,

I hope u have encountered a problem that bith date and hiredate/start date are silmilar.system automatically taking it.wht have to done to resolve to.wht are the solutions u got from our forum friends,kindly forward them to me too

Hi Sai,

As per the SAP standard, DOB must be the start date of infotype 0002, that is not a problem. Because, all the data related to that infotype has started from his/her DOB.
