Scope and effort analyzer - version upgrade

we are using SEA for support pack upgrade analysis and all, as clearly mentioned sea doesn't support version upgrade analysis. How can we analyze version upgrade through solution manager? to identify impacted custom objects and also in terms of testing coverage which SEA is supporting now?
