How to deploy a standalone Crystal Report .RPT Files using command line or via automation to the crystal report server
Also I have modify the DB Connection strings, before or after deployment, Please help

Simple answer - you can't using just the functionality of Crystal or Crystal Server. You would have to write a program using one of the SDK's and install the runtime engine along with the program.
