Error in WF protocol WL 491

Hello,

We use a complex WF definition for posting incoming invoices. Since yesterday an error WL 491 occurs in the runtime log of every WF, which points to a possible error in the WF definition:

******

Operator '' not allowed or blank in expression ' '

Message no. WL 491

Diagnosis

The operator is not supported.

Procedure

The F4 input help in the Workflow Builder lists all operators which are supported in the current release. Choose one of the operators allowed.

*****************

But if I check the step in the WF the container operation is free of errors!

In the container operation I do a simple fix value assignment into a variable.

So everything has always been okay.

Anybody of you an idea where this error comes from? Is there an OSS note? I didn´t find any...

Many thanks for your support!

Regards,

Willi

Have you tried regenerating the runtime version? No need to generate a new version, just generate the runtime version again. This should not be necessary, but sometimes it solves a mysterious problem.

I'd be tempted to say there must be something in the "second half" of the container operation, but since the syntax check is OK this can't be the case.

Hi Kjetil,

thank you - 10 points for you!

This solved the WF runtime error and a lot of follow-up problems which were also very mysterious...

Cheers,

Willi
