Problem while installation

Hi

We are installing Netweaver 2004s (ABAP + JAVA) Central Instance on solrais box.

During the step of "Creating Database instance " we are getting a error.

When we checked in the XCMDOUT.LOG file w could see following

Execute Command : /sapdb/programs/bin/dbmcli -n ctsa-qa-s05 -d E30 -u CONTROL,******** param_addvolume 1 DATA /zone1/sapdb/E30/sa

pdata/DISKD0001 F 640000

Start subprocess as user with uid: root

> Subprocess stops at 20070802132511

ERR

-24892,ERR_NOVOLDIR: the directory /zone1/sapdb/E30/sapdata/ does not exist

Hi,

did you already open an official OSS message for your issue?

a) which exact MaxDB version (incl. Build-nr.) is being installed?

b) are you installing using 'root' (or a user with root-permissions)?

c) do you have a directory named '/zone1/sapdb/E30/sapdata/'?
