Please tell me that what is the use of the table USKRIAT and when will the recoreds inserted or updated in this table.

Please explain the useful ness of the fields

1) Crit. auth.

2) Object

3) Field Name

4) 'From' value

5) 'To' value

6) AND/OR

Please provide the need ful.
