Hi Experts,

I have searched the forum before posting but was not successful in this query.

Client is able to CORK against process orders that are already confirmed and TECOd

Status of order is : TECO MSPT PCNF PRC BCRQ GMPS ORPQ PDLV*

.In OPK4 transaction, i have checked "Finally confirmed ops and confirmable ops" in the third tab but still issue exist.

Any advice on this is appreciated.

    Hi Digvijay,

Could you please check the Order Status, as mentioned above the Order is having PCNF (Partially Confirmed)
Status of order is : TECO MSPT PCNF PRC BCRQ GMPS ORPQ PDLV*
So, the system is allowing you, to proceed for further Confirmation, because of the Partially Confirmed Status

If the Order attains the CNF Status & again try to do the confirmation, for the same Order, then the system will prompt you, with the below warning message ( Please find the attached screen shot of the system message, for the Process Order with CNF Status)

Kindly check & revert back with your feedback/comments . Thanks & Regards : Raja Sekhara Reddy Bannuru

    Hi Digvijay,

    Thanks for the quick feedback
TECO : Technically completed, will only restrict(not allow) the Order Changes. It will allow further Confirmation, if the Order is having PCNF( Partially Confirmed Status). also allow further goods movement to the Order ( Like GR..etc)

Please take a look of the below example
Order Qty : 600, Partial Confirmed Qty : 400, & has the Status : TECO PCNF PRC BCRQ NMAT SETC
In this case, System will allow further confirmation of this Order, because of its PCNF Status.
If you want to have some custom restrictions, need to maintain the Status Profile & assign the same

.Hope, this is clear now. Kindly check & update your feedback. Thanks & Regards : Raja

    • Hello Raja,

Can you please help me with, where this is configured. If the client wants to have a warning for all the orders that are TECO ( irrespective of PCNF or CNF status ), how can that be set?

      Thank you again.

    Hi Raja,

Thank you very much for your reply.

Order that has been TECOd can be CORKed?

and can you please comment on " Confirmations have been entered at operation level for order ..... "

Should I be getting the above message or the warning message that you posted while trying to CORK confirmed order.

Once again, Thank you very much.

Thank you Raja for explaining it so clearly. This clears out a lot of doubts.

Our client has an expectation that all orders that have TECO status ( regardless of PCNF or CNF ) should get a warning message while trying to CORK, like the shown example
