Hi all,

When we want download Support packs from oss through solution manager..its throwing an error "backend system is not recognised".

previous day it worked fine... when we trying to test from sm59, its throwing this error

    your problem is not windows specific and I doubt that you will get the right people here to get an answer.

    It looks like saprouter configuration problem, general network problem or network configuration problem to the SAP Service Marketplace.

      Hi peter,

      we checked router is also working fine, we also restared router, in oss its show connected.

      but the problem from connecting through solution manager .
