whice types of format can I export from SolMan 7.1?

I need information in case migration to another manager tool. It is NOT migration to another version of Solman.

What are you trying to export? Incidents, change requests can be exported to Excel.

I am trying to export Test Project (Test Documentation, Test Plan, Status Analysis Test Package for some tests). I need to know can i than import this export to another manager tool or mot? Now it matter migration into tools: spira, HP ALM, Jira or qTest.
