Creating info record

Hi all,

I had created an info record for material m1, vendor v1, plant p1 and pur. org. po. This info record is now flagged for deletion. When i am trying to create a new info record for the same combination m1,v1,p1 & po, the system picks up the already existing info record and says it is already flagged for deletion. Is it possible to create a new info record in such scenario?
