Some Users not appear in GRC 10.1 even after running synchroniztion jobs

We Ran both the synchronization jobs in

Repository Object Synch and

Action usage Synch

But still we don't see some of the users created after a certain time in UAR review Process. Can you Please advise

if we need to run any other steps
