S_ALR_87013542 vs CJI3

I am running report S_ALR_87013542 and the total for one cost element does not equal total in CJI3 report. When use drill down on cost element where there is a difference in

S_ALR_87013542, the drill down is to CJI3 for actual costs and the total here matches. Please advise if anyone can advise If there is an issue with S_ALR_87013542
