Posting GR to QI or Blocked Stock using Inbound Delivery and WM/IM

When I am doing a goods receipt against Inbound Delivery-

1. How can I choose to post the stock to QI or Blocked stock within VL32N.

(I am not seeing any option to choose the stock type within this transaction).

I want to use VL32N and click on "Post Goods Receipt" because this ensures updation of document flow. If I use MIGO instead to post GR against inbound delivery, this doesn't update the flow.

2. When using WM, I am creating Transfer Order against this inbound delivery. Now how I can confirm the transfer order so that the stock gets posted to QI or Blocked stock.

In summary-

I want to know the best way to process Goods Receipt using inbound delivery in both WM and IM scenarios when the receipt qty is found defective and needs posting to QI or Blocked stock.

I have exactly the same issue where I put away the inbound delivery first and then when the transfer orders are confirmed I post goods receipt. I do not thimk this is possible in Standard SAP because although I have the post to inspection flag set in the purchasing view of the material master the putaway does not read this and so the stock is received in to unrestricted, However when I do the post goods receipt this does read the setting and so I am left with the following scenario

Stock in WM 100 Pieces unrestricted

Stock in 902 and PO in WM -100 Pieces unrestricted

after post goods receipt stock in 902 as well as the above is 100 pieces of 'Q'

I then have to take the stock from 902 that is 'Q' and move it to the stock in WM and take the unrestricted stock in WM to 902 and the PO and this removes the minus.

This is actually a workable solution for us as we receive maybe 10 a day

However this only works if you set the post to inspection stock in the mat master. We are lucky in that we have a list of materials that we always want to arrive in status 'Q'.

Finally I will be raising an OSS note to SAP to see if there is a way to do this so I will keep you informed if there is any progress.

Sorry it does not solve your problem but it may save you from waiting for a solution that I do not believe is possible.
