Material RAW10002 SG01 SG01 does not exist

Message no. M7006

Diagnosis

For material RAW10002, no material master data exists in plant SG01, storage location SG01.

Procedure

Make sure your entries are correct.

If your entries are correct, then storage location data does not yet exist for the material.

Storage location data is created when you

maintain the Storage view for the material or

use the 'Enter Storage Locations' function in the material master menu or

post the first goods receipt (provided that automatic creation of storage location data is allowed for the given plant and movement type).

Please give me same advice.

It looks like the material master RAW1002 is not extended to your storage location SG01. Please extend the storage location so that your probelm gets solved.

Hi

In the config against the movement types there is a setting under updating control called 'Create SLoc automatically' if you set this againsy movement type 101 then when the stock is receipted it should create the sloc as long as the material is created against at least one sloc.
