Quota arrangement

Dear All

I am doing planning in Central plan which will procure Finish good from two different plant.When I use Quota arrangement with quota of 25:75 it is not splitting requirement accordingly.All requirement is getting assigned to one plant.

i will like to know what are the setting required to split the requirement of central plant.

Please note that I have maintained spl proc key in central plant which refer to supplying plant that is maintained in quota arrangement.

In Supplying plant I have maintained spl proc key which is sub contracting key.
