Quota arrangement

Dear All

I am doing planning in Central plan which will procure Finish good from two different plant.When I use Quota arrangement with quota of 25:75 it is not splitting requirement accordingly.All requirement is getting assigned to one plant.

i will like to know what are the setting required to split the requirement of central plant.

Please note that I have maintained spl proc key in central plant which refer to supplying plant that is maintained in quota arrangement.

In Supplying plant I have maintained spl proc key which is sub contracting key.

Hi,

Have u set the quota base quantity.you can set it manually inorder to distribute the quota to the second plant.You can set the qbq inorder to limit the quota allocation to the single plant.

Hi,

Use the lot size ES lot for lot order qty with splitting

and check you have given quota arrangement usage 4 in MRP 2 view.
