Open Purchase Orders.

Hi Experts,

1.Please do let me know which could be a ideal way to find out Open GR,PO, Contracts,Inventory and InTransit.

2. For the Old POs for around 10 plants i need to set the Delivery Completed Indicatior for the line Items ( Items that had been deleivered) and Need to Lock it so that the same POs are not used user by the users once again to avoid unnecessary Transactions. How to find out whether all the times in PO are properly Delivered

3. Before i Lock the POs i want to make sure whether all the Invoices are done for the POs and no outstanding Balance is left, Since if we are going to lock it and no invoice will be able to be paid and vendor will be in trouble.

I will be waiting for your reply........Any suggestions can help me .

Dear Balaji,

If you want ot list open POs, you can use ME80FN. You can chose 'delivery completed' indicator from the dynamic selection (icon of three colour).

You can't set this in MEMASSPO but I think there are other solutions to change this collectively.

properly delivered:

You can compare the requested delivery date (PO) with the real one (MB51). If you close the PO though you haven't received the requested qty, compering the order qty to the delivered qty, you can make difference between proper / not proper.

Hopefully you will get more exact answers for your questions.

Use the T-code ME2M which gives the open PO by material wise and select the seleciton parameter whichever is required.
