Why sync messages are stucking from BPM to external service?

I have the following scenario: System A(non SAP)->PO(7.5)->System B(non SAP).

1. we do a sync call from System A->PO. this call triggers a BPM process which firstly makes a sync call to System B and gets some list of elements. after that BPM process makes single sync call to System B for each element of the list in loop. If all elements are processed BPM sends a response to System A.

2. System A uses SOAP to PO, PO uses REST(HTTP Get) to System B.

3. The problem is that some sync calls from BPM to System B are stucking in status Delivering for 1-2 minutes sometimes, although normally sync call is processed in 1 sec. The rest sync calls must waiting of end of stucking call. If I look the message log I see the status 'Calling server' and after 1-2 minutes comes '200 OK'. And next message comes to the proccesing.

4. The requested http server is always available and it not a connection problem. I tested this scenario without PO from PO server directly and 'direct' calls are working fine and quickly.

5. The number of queues/threads for corresponding adapters are OK.

6. In PO monitoring logs I did not find any errors or warning or something else regarding connection problems.

Any ideas where can I found the reason of this problem?
