ODP Extractor Error - No entry in ODQSSN found for subscription

Hi Team,

Our data service job based on ODP extractor is failing with message "ODP source returned error: <E: MESSAGE - Invalid Entry : No entry in ODQSSN found for subscription XXXX".

It is expecting a particular subscription value in the ODQSSN table;but we couldnt find the same subscription value in the table.

Please guide me how to correct this error.
