I/P ready query error

I create a query using designer with required kf's and characteristics and marking the kf's to be input enabled as well can be changed by function,also the query is in change mode.When i execute the query, the query opens fine but no option to make input.

Basically am not able to overwrite/change values for key figures which are marked as 'can be changed'.

Any suggestions?
