Company Code data not transfered from CRM -> R/3

Hello Experts,

The Customers created in CRM are replicated to R/3 but the Company Code data is not flown in the BP to R/3. The Reference Customer bears the relevant Company Code data & to the best of my understanding the Copy Code data will be picked from the Reference Customer, but in my case it doesnt. I had changed the Ref. Customer can this impact?

Please help.
