Company Code data not transfered from CRM -> R/3

Hello Experts,

The Customers created in CRM are replicated to R/3 but the Company Code data is not flown in the BP to R/3. The Reference Customer bears the relevant Company Code data & to the best of my understanding the Copy Code data will be picked from the Reference Customer, but in my case it doesnt. I had changed the Ref. Customer can this impact?

Hi SP,

Where are you maintaining the company code data for BP in CRM? As per my knowledge there are no standard fields on CRM BP to maintain company code data. Did you enhance the BP with new fields?

Your question is not clear. Can you eloborate more so that we should be able to through some light.

Hi Paul,

I have maintained the Company Code Data in the Reference Customer in R/3. When I create a Customer in CRM, which flows to R/3 copying the Company Code Data from the Reference Customer in R/3 and hence the new Customer replicated in R/3 gets the Company Code data too.

Hope my question is clear now. In other words, I want the Customers replicated to R/3 to have the Company Code Data.

This is the statement what I have seen in your previous post.

Anyhow, whenever BP consumer record flows into R/3, it inherits only the sales area data from the R/3 reference customer. This is the standard functionality provided by the SAP.

You need to identify a user exit on R/3 side, while customer creation and update the company code data via this exit, if it allows.
