Hi,

Transaction XD02 - screen number 301 - Development

Transaction XD02 - screen number 301 – Quality

Transaction XD02 - screen number 304 – Production

Transaction XD02 - screen number 301 – Development/Quality

Transaction XD02 - screen number 304 – Production

Due to inconsistency in screens in different servers we are facing issue.

How to make all 3 same screens?

Hi,

Goto SE51

Give program name and screen number

Choose Menu>Screen>Rename>change

Hope it will solve your query

You need to compare this program in QA and PROD systems, find missing transport request(s) and get them imported into PROD system.

Hello Shashank,

I checked in my Dev / QA and PRD system and screen number is 0301 in all three cases.

I would suggest to you to ask your technical consultant to investigate the same. Though generally unlikely, but it is possible someone would have changed the Screen number in past which the current team is not aware of.

Hi,

In general Screen 301 - Is for Europe/standard and Screen 304 is for America. Please check whether the Production customer is linked to any of US related parameter (Account group?).

Hi Shashank,

In addition to the above suggestion, please rechecked the setting at account group level in DEV, QAS & PRD, please see in any changes related to config exist by chance.

How could we possibly know on SCN what changes / enhancements were made in your system and what potential transport inconsistencies you could have? Such questions need to be resolved locally and troubleshooting steps are usually the same. (Is configuration different? Were any transports moved? Was any ABAP development done? etc.) This screen is customizable, so checking the configuration would be a first step. If nothing found there then check with a local ABAP team. I doubt the global community can be of much assistance in such matters.
