    Hi Ajit,

    Mapping process is Purchase.

    Requirement: On creation of PO in ECC, there will not be any inbound generation in ECC. A batch job is scheduled which generates the EGR and pushes into EWM. Once the EGR is generated in EWM, Business wants the EGR to get converted into Inbound delivery automatically without their intervention. They dont want to perform manual activity i.e manually converting the EGR into Inbound deliver.

    Thank you.

    Hi Shahnoor,

    Addition to Koen, you can background job for Inbound delivery Tcode VL34 in ECC and adjust qty with process code if required.

    Do you have any specific business plan for EGR ?

    Kind Regards,

    Ajit

    Hi Koen & Ajit,

    Thanks for your reply. Actually my requirement not automatically creating Inbound delivery from ERP.

    My requirement is once the EGR is created from PO in EWM, automatically the EGR should be converted into Inbound delivery in EWM. Business dont want to manually convert the EGR into Inbound delivery in EWM.

    Thanks

    Hi Shahnoor,

    Would it be an option to automatically create the inbound delivery from ERP?
    This would consume the EGR quantity in EWM when running the EGR process to send PO's to EWM.
    So, as an example:
    1. PO qty = 100;

    2. Send PO to EWM as EGR qty = 100;
    3. Create an inbound delivery in ECC for 75 pc;
    4. Run the update program /SPE/EGR for your PO
    5. EGR is updated to 25pc.

    Hope this helps,

    Hi,

    "My requirement is once the EGR is created from PO in EWM, automatically the EGR should be converted into Inbound delivery in EWM"

    Why would you want to do this? Creating the inbound delivery from ERP automatically as Koen and Ajit proposed it, is the proper way if you don't want to create the inbound deliveries manually. What use is the EGR for if you want the inbound deliveries automatically anyway? Setting it up the way you describe it is like driving up a car park from the first floor to the tenth and then driving down again to park on the first floor - AND knowing it from the beginning that you are going to do that.

    Also because it does not make any sense to do it, there is no standard configuration to automatically convert an EGR into an inbound delivery.

    Hi Shahnoor,

    There is one option to create inbound delivery automatically from EGR.For that you can create new PPF Action profile to create the inbound delivery.This is custom development that you have to do with technical.
