Create Custom Page Layout

Hi,

I need to develop a new page layout for my portal. I have developed the required JSP and edited the Portalapp.xml files. I have also uploaded the PAR file into the portal.

I have verified that the PAR file is uploaded from Sys Admin->Support Desk->Browse deployment.

But when I try to create a page using the layout I have created, I do not see it listed in the layouts.

Any pointers? Please help.
