Alert from Cprojects on voliation of dates assigned to task/phase

Hi all,

I have a scenario where I have assigned Role and resource to tasks in Cproject. Also I have schedule the project. After releasing the project, Project manager / resource responsible should receive an alert on violations of the schedule dates for task/phase.

Also can a project manager / resource will receive alert in Lotus notes for coming unforeseen violation of tasks?

Please help.
