Help while creating JCo connection

Hi

I have created a technical system in SLD. But when i go to Webdynpro->Content Administrator, it says "Connection to System Landscape Directory (SLD) could not be opended successfully.". I remember that we need to do some settings regarding SLD in Visual Administrator. Can any one help me regrding these settings.
