Crystal report Print Problem

Hi Sir,

when I clicked the print button of crystal report viewer, its opening Export to Pdf dialog box., but t I want the print dialog. I have set the printmode to ActiveX already. Its working in IE 9, but not working in chrome and firefox.

What could be the problem ?

Moved to CR forum, since you selected the CR SDK tag I'm not sure how you are viewing. So I assume you are either using the SDK or possibly viewing from BOE/CR Server.

Those browsers do not support ActiveX controls so it defaults to printing to PDF.

Use IE, it still supports ActiveX plug-ins.
