Hi All,

During creation of physical inventory document in MI01 we have to enter material one by one, is there any way SAP gives material list by default for physical inventory document.

Hi

The others are correct with MI31 but a point to remenber is that if you have any of the following they will not be picked up with MI31

ConsIgnment stock - use M131K

Sales order stock - use MI31E

Customer consignment stock use MI31W

HI,

Use T Code MI31 to create Physical Inventory document in sessions .Here you can select the storage location and Plant which will select all the items in the selected plant and st location.First choose the option of Select Data and issue Log and check all the items .Than you can create documents for selected items.

Use transaction MI31

This allows use to create ranges of material counts in one document both in foreground or background
