Settings for multiple PGI in a delivery

Hello All,

Please let me know all the settings required to be done for doing multiple PGI from a single delivery.

Please help urgently.

Hi Amit

Multiple PGI from single delivery is not possible as PGI will take all the items in delivery document which are due for issue and do a Goods issue.

If only partial amounts are due for GI while some others are not picked, PGI will give an error log.

If you have to enable, you have to take some development for this.

I have a scenario where i will be creating multiple PGIs for a single delivery document, I guess this is possible with configuration, as i have came across this scenario earlier. but don't remember anything about it.

Hi Amit,

U want to do multiple PGI for single delivey.......without creating no. of deliveries......i think it will be a development........in standard scenario u can do multiple PGI by creating multiple deliveries.......

Can u elaborate ur scenario little more so that i can help u out........

Hi Amit,

In order to do multiple PGI, while using T-code VL01N, you have a field on the overview screen, From Item and To Item, please provide the item nos for which you wish to do PGI.
