smartform print problem

I have developed a smartform . In a text node i included some text . In the text i have used " , ' , : these chars . In the print prv it is showing . But in case of hard copy print out all these chars r coming as # . I don't get the cause . Pls help

Check the printer drivers installed in the system. Try printing in other printer. It is purely printer driver problem.
