Tax code - unable to save it

HI Friends,

I am defining Tax. I have created Condition types, tax processing, defined tax procedure, assigned country to calculation procedure and Activate Country Version India for Specific Fiscal Year. My problem is after doing all this configuration, when i tried to define Tax code (T code - FTXP), then it is showing UPDATE DELAYED, PLEASE WAIT(it isn't a warning message or error message). I waited for 40min but still it is showing the same and process is going on.

If anybody come across such kind of problem please help me out.
