Subaccount failed to be created in Cloud Platform Cockpit

I'm trying to enable the Cloud Foundry trial on I get the following error:

Creation of subaccount failed. Please contact support for assistance.

I've contacted support who pointed me here because it is a trial. Anyone have a suggestion?

    Hi David,

    I've seen this before! Don't know exactly why, but sometimes the account provisioning service in the trial landscape misses a step and it gets stuck on the sub-account creation.

    There might be a possibility that this issue is related to the same email being assigned to different IDs on SAP ID Service. Please check that your e-mail is assigned to a single ID. If not, please ask your S-User admins to have it fixed for you.

    Another way of playing around on CF Trial is to logon with a different User ID and try to create the account again.

    I'd keep the ticket open. Even if you are dealing with trial instances, this issue is still an account provisioning issue. I would insist on SAP support figuring out what's wrong. After all, if you are an SAP customer, you must be able to use trial for 90 days period.
