Extend Related Opportunities Table C4C

I would like to add add some fields (columns) to the related opportunities, which are not visible in the KUT add function.
Is there any possibility to do this?
Another idea was to create a new EC for related opportunities, but for this I would need the virtual association FollowUpOpportunities and it is not possible to use virtual associations in the UI Designer:
