IN 1 PC ESS IS INSTALLED . ITS WORKING ON IT AND SHOWING SCREEN.

BUT ITS NOT WORKING ON OTHERS .ITS SHOWING ONLY 1 SCREEN . CAN U TELL ME BASIS LINK . WHAT IS IT .

what service are you clicking on please....

put the below url

http://<its server:port>/scripts/wgate/pzm3!

Check in your ITS installation if the services file is missing.

If not check the service file and make sure ther service name is there
