Reduction in reimbursement entitlement limit due to leave without pay


Hi Experts,

As per the client's requirement, i have created a wage type called car maintainence and entered the same in infotype 0589 with the annual reimbursement limit as Rs.10000.

Now, my problem is that the client wants that this entitlement limit should be reduced according to the number of leave without pay days. Eg. if the employee is on leave without pay for 1 month then the system should reduce the entitlement amount by one month and then pay the balance amount through PC00_M40_REMP - Claims Disbursement.

Please suggest the way to do so.
