J2EE not running Problem

Hello to you,

i've installed the sap NW AS Java EE 5 Edition.

my Problem is, i cannt start the Web AS

The Problem obvious is that:

<b>FAIL: process jstart.exe J2EE Server not running</b>

please help me. what can i do further?
