Hi Ram,

To have partial deliveries for that customer, you need to activate, by leaving blank in "partial deliveries allowed" field in CMR > Sales Area data > Shipping tab (if customer allows partial deliveries)

Else you need to create CMIR for that particular customer to define it at item level.

Actually I want to mention partial delivery at item level in Sales Order(VA01).Is it possible?

Hi Rama,

You can define Partial deliveries at item level, choose the line item and press"display item details", there on Shipping Tab you'll find a field Part dlv/item and Max partial delivery field. You can input your data there.

Hi Rama,

You can use the option quoted by Samier. However, you need to check if in the customer master for the Ship to Party if partial delivery is allowed.

Go to XD03 -> Sales Area Data -> Shipping -> Partial Delivery per item and Max partial deliveries and enter the values required.

If no partial delivery is set in the master record then you would not be able to do partial delivery in the order.
