ESS - Travel Management

Dear Anyone,

I'm fairly new to ESS. We are using 4.6c and EP 7.0. We have just encountered a problem with the Travel Management with just 3 employees. It doesn't display any more. I mean the iView is blank. I have check with security, thinking i might be a roll problem, but they are in the same group as all others. I have also checked the display tray and set reset the defaults. The Travel Management displays in the list. When I hit save it doesn't display. I had the employees try it on another PC's and it's the same. When I logon to their PC it displays fine. Again, this happens to only 3 out of several hundred employees.

If it worked for you, then it is defnitely an Auth issue.. you can ask those users to access the same tcode r/3 & do an SU53 to see what Authn Objects were checked..
