We have about 8-10 exchange rates in our system and although different regions use different currencies for their opportunities, the company processes are driven by one specific currency ( based on value). Currently the system does not convert values within fields in an opportunity, just in reports.
So, for example, if I have a workflow that sends a notification to manager for all opportunities above $50,000 USD and a certain opportunity is $250K EUR, this workflow is not triggered (same with other rules) due to the fact that the system does not do the conversion in the background
Any ideas to address this without having to duplicate workflows?
