Reg: SCM to ECC6.0 Configuration settings

Hi All,

I want to know , How to Configure settings from SCM to ECC6.0.

What are the Step By Step process and Tcodes to Transfer the data from SCM to ECC6.0.

Can anyone please Suggest me the Process and Helpful Documents.

Hi Archana,

Have you checked transaction "Maintain Distribution Definition" in SCM-SPRO? the path is: SPRO> Integration with SAP components> Integration via APO Core Interface (CIF)> Publication> Maintain Distribution Definition.

Please make sure you have done the proper entries there, there is a plublication type called "SALES ORDERS", you have to make one entry per location.

In ECC side you have to define an integration model for the sales orders.

If you already have this settings done, check on transaction /SAPAPO/CPP1 maybe there are errors and the orders cant be sent.

Hi Archana,

You have to work on ECC and SCM. In SCM, there is some work the basis team must do:

- Create Logical Systems

- Assign Logical systems to a client

- Set up RFC

- Maintain Bussines groups

The functional people must define publication in the following path, SPRO> Integration with SAP Components> integration via APO Core Interface> Basic Settings for Data Transfer> Publication.

At the ECC side you must define Integration Models to define which information send to / receive between ECC and SCM.

Hi All,

We made all the Settings in ECC6.0 and SCM as per the Above Message.

and we can transfer the material from ECC6.0 to SCM.

Actually we need to know, how to send the sales orders from SCM to ECC6.0.

or if we changed anything in APO whether it will automatically updates in

ECC6.0 .

In APO is there any Tcodes to Transfer the data from SCM to ECC6.0. like we

we have tcodes in ECC6.0(CFM1).

Hugo has mentioned about Publication Settings (or Distribution Settings) in SCM side for transferring transactio data to ECC.

But plase note Sales Orders are not created or normally changed in APO. Procurement (Purchase Reqs) and Planned Orders are created in APO and they need to be transferred to ECC. For this you need to have appropriate active integration models on ECC side and distribution definitions on SCM side.
