How to confirm if Extractor has Delta capability?

Hi Guys,

Can you please tell me how to check if the extractor has delta capability or not?

For e.g. 0CO_PC_01 extractor I have to use. how do I determine? the procedure to know.

and for other types of extractors also if you can inform.
