HI sap all,

I have acquired the asset through MM. Now the asset has been capitalised and not depreciated.

I want to reverse the document posted.

I am getting the problem while reverse document in fb08.

I am getting the error " Transaction in area 01 contraditcs net book value rule"

It also gives the procedure to solve" :the proportional values exceed the posted amount EX: if the post captilisaation is 100 and the proposed depreciation is 110, correct the values and try again"

I am unable to find the solution

the document can not be reversed through fi. it should reversed in mm module itself,

Hi,

First, have you changed dep. key? (Change it to "0000" using AS02)

then do AB08 to reverse asset doc,

MR8M to reverse MIRO invoice doc and FB08 to reverse FI doc.

Please let me know the output and if you need any more also.

Hi,

You can reverse assets document through T-code ABMW. I am sure you prob will be solved otherwise let me know.

Hi,

Try with these steps--

Using AS02, change the dep key to "0000"

Then use AB08 to reverse asset doc and FB08 to reverse FI doc.
