Hello All,
One of my user is not able to post a document in a particular Internal Order
But he can post in all other Internal Orders
I am not able to get any solution
Pls can anybody come out with a solution with highly appreciable

Sorry i forgot to mention that some users are able to post in that Internal Order and one user is not
Could you suggest me anyother outcome so that it gets solved at the earliest

Hi,
In the change mode, select the internal order and on the control tab data , release the internal order. Then it will allow you to post the documents.
There are 4 stages
1. Creation
2. Release
3. Technical Completion
4. Settlement

Ask your user to change the status in KO02. Then, he can be able to post the document by using that internal order.

first option : check in the order type " check release immediatly check box"
second option : is the order to which u wanted to post, the status might be not technically released
pls check the order
