Information Broadcasting

Hi,

I need to publish a query to E-mail using Bex-Broadcating.I had installed all the required components but still when i click on Bex-Broadcaster through Query Designer , Analyzer or WAD ,there is no display of next screen.Can anyone help

to slove this.Do I need any special authorizations for this?
