Parameter for Idle time of Directory

HI,

Is there any parameter to set the Idle time for Integration Directory. As soon as i login to Directory within seconds iam receiving the following error.'Connection to server lost You can log on again once the server is available again'.

What can be done any suggestions?

if you are getting this message as soon as u login, there must some issues with the basis or network side.. confirm if it is fine on their end

Ask your basis adminstrator to restart your J2ee server.

the reason for this Error is that your XI Server is not connect , pls communicate with your basis person ... you can't do anything at ur end ...

This type of error occurs when you are not able to connect to XI Server.This may be because of Network Issues.

yes i know it an error with basis side but even they are wondering what went wrong..
