Problem with ZCI

Former Member

Hello,

we have an Adobe interactive form which is being used for pinting only.

We’re on NW04s SP11 and Adobe Reader 8.0.0.

On the clients the xACF framework can’t be installed because they don’t have local Administra-tor privileges. So we have to use ZCI (Zero Client Installation).

The form is displayed in a WebDynpro Application and for Navigation we need an element like a button or a link. The Problem is, the button works with activeX but not with native (ZCI).

The button can’t be displayed in the form.

Any suggestions what could I use for Navigation?

Another Question. Does Adobe Reader 8.0.0 support ZCI for HTTPS connections?

Thanks,

Stefan

Hello,

There are two type of buttons. One is form xACF and the other is for ZCI.

Make sure you use the button located in the Webdynpro Native library.

you mean the buttons in the interactive form. But I mean the button in the webdynpro view.

Hello,

Do you mean the webdynpro button does not fires an event?

Can you please tell me your SP Stack level?

Best regards,

Dezso
