Hello Experts,
Please help me incorporating 3 different schedules in one single daily work schedule. There is not Shift work concept. In daily working time from 9 am till 6:15 PM, i need to insert 3 breks one of "half an Hour" and 2 breaks of 15 mins each. This is what i have done:
Group personnel subareas for work schedules n daily work schedules.. here i'm assigning to my PS grouping .
In break Schedule, I'm creating 3 diff breaks to be included.. all paid and assigned to my DWS grouping.
In daily work schedules, I'm assigning the working time and weekly off sunday to my DWS grouping.
In Period Work schedule.. I'm assigning the normal working and Off day.. ^ Working and 1 free as i have created.
In Daily Work schedule Node, for my Grouping, I select my working time or Daily work as configured, below that is the Work break schedule and i can choose only 1 out of the 3 breaks. I want to know how can i include all the 3 breaks in my daily work schedule details.
Please advise on this. Very Urgent
Thanks and Regards
Rosalin

My DWS Grouping is 99. I have made Breaks "BRK" with sr. number 1,2,3 and assigned the time. 99 BRK 01, 99 BRK 02, 99 BRK 03
Then Created my Daily Work schedule (Working 6 days and Off 1 day)
In detail of this: I give my DWS Grouping, Create my DWS Selection Rule,
Planned working hours.
In the Break Tab, we have Braek work schedule: when I click that: it displays all the 3 break work schedules that i created.
I would like to know which one is picked up , I am able to select only one of the 3. Or even if i choose one all the 3 are inserted into this. Please clarify that.
Regards
Rosalin

hai
if u want to assign all the three breaks
in breaks configuration give the brak neme same and then give serial number 1,2,3
dont name the three breaks differently.
it should be like
say grp brak sno
01 brk 01
01 brk 02
01 brk 03
then when u r picking up brk and assigning all the three will be assigned
