Off Line backup problem

Environment: <u>SAP ECC6, Oracle 10g, Window server 2003</u>

Scheduled Offline backup from DB13 calendar other day,

when checked the status, it shows "started", log also shows "started" status with out any error.

It been passed 2 days, DB13 Calendar shows backup status"started" with light Orange color.

This backup has also created .lock.brb file in backup directory.

Please advice what to do.
