Dear C4C experts,
We have setup following organisational structure at our customer:
Example:
Sales unit A
--> sales Manager B
- sales rep: C
- sales rep: D
--> sales manager: E
- sales rep: F
- sales rep: G
Sales unit M
--> sales Manager N
- sales rep: O
- sales rep: P
--> sales manager: Q
- sales rep: R
- sales rep: S
So each sales manager belongs to 1 sales unit and have multiple sales representatives.
They want that every representative from sales unit A have access to the accounts of sales unit A (so they can see the accounts of sales manager B & E, the accounts of sales rep C, D, F & G).
Can anyone advise which access restriction to use?
I can't figure out which one to use.
Thank you very much in advance for your time & help.
Kind regards,
Anne Taelman
Hello Anne Taelman,
Please check the blog post
It explains in detail all the restriction rules and access context.
