SNP optimizer Planning result not writting

Dear All,

Can anybody tell me the reason why SNP optimizer results are not appearing in the product view, though the run is successful. It shows the results in RESULT LOG but not in product view..

History: Carried out optimizer run for 6 hrs, run gets failed due to internal error with message 601, saying contact to SAP, But when we carried out the same run for 30 min ( in simulation version) it was successful also showing the result in silulation version.

But when we repeated the same in production version run executes successfully but not writting the result..

Please help in these on highest priority...
